Mogollon, NM Cemetery directions There is no Post Office or permanent point of reference in Mogollon; therefore, it is better to use the Glenwood post office for a starting point. Proceeding north on US 180, from the Glenwood post office, go for 3 miles to where State Road 159 takes off to the east. This is also known as Bursum Road. Go on this paved road for approximately 9 miles, part of which is one-lane to the ghost town of Mogollon, reaching the bottom of a narrow canyon after having gone over a rather steep ridge, where there are several abandoned stores and other buildings. From this point proceed east of SR 159 for 1/4 mile to where the canyon forks and a narrow, dirt road goes off to the left (north) up a rather steep grade for a short distance, after which it continues in the bottom of a canyon. This is the road to the Fanny Mine and goes up the canyon for 1/2 mile to where there is a fork in the canyon, and road, at which point take the east fork for 1/4 mile to the cemetery.
