This is a one acre plat of property donated by W.E. "Bill" Hunter to the Catron County Board of Education for the use by the community for a school and cemetery, for the consideration of $1. It is located on Sect20, 4N, 14W which is almost exactly in the middle of Sect 20. It was later owned by Virgil Sage.
